Love Overboard, by Janet Evanovich

Romance on a Cruise Ship

Love Overboard tells the hilarious story about a woman named Stephanie, who moves from the big city to a small town. She takes on a job as a cook on a cruise ship, working for Ivan Rasmussen, for whom she bought her house from. The only problem is she doesn’t know anything about cooking. As for she and Ivan, there are immediate sparks between the two. The events that follow are truly funny; from dead bodies showing up everywhere to ghosts floating around the ship; this book is certainly a treat

  1. Janet Evanovich is one of the funniest authors I've ever read. When I read Hard Eight, from the Stephanie Plum series, I was laughing so hard in the Houston airport that tears were rolling down my face. I have no problem making a spectacle of myself though. I'm not an "avid" reader except when it comes to Janet Evanovich. There isn't a book I haven't read and each one makes me laugh harder than the last. A friend of mine also just made me aware of a website that sells used books as a series. So I bought the entire Full Series by Janet Evanovich for like $20. That's a whole lot less stress(and gasoline) trying to find them in my church thrift store. The site is http://barrelofbooksandgames.com/index.html

Can't wait for Smokin' Seventeen to come out...
