This book is designed to help Delta MOB’s and brides host the perfect wedding. The authors, Gayden Metcalfe and Charlotte Hays, give advice to future MOB’s and brides by describing some of the past weddings in the Mississippi Delta. This book describes in amusing detail the dos and don’ts of the perfect Delta wedding.
While dishing out their advice on what the perfect Southern wedding should include, they also include wonderful recipes that Gayden Metcalfe has actually catered for a few Delta weddings herself. There are also recipes that have been passed down for generations, and they even give advice on what the future husband will love to eat and drink.
This is a very amusing book for all Southern Ladies, who have already walked down the aisle or will in the future, to read, and it is also fun for those transplant Southerners, too.
